Southern Province Cement Co. has invited shareholders who own at least 20 shares for a general assembly meeting on March 17 at the company’s headquarters.
The agenda includes voting on the company’s financial performance in 2015, a dividend payout at a total of SAR 840 million, or SAR 6 a share for 2015 and the audited results, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
Shareholders will also vote on SAR 1.8 million bonuses for board members, or SAR 200,000 a member.
