A court of appeals in Saudi Arabia has upheld a ruling in favor of Jazan Development Co. (Jazadco) in a dispute over land ownership, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Last year, Jazan’s general court removed a previous verdict which had been issued against Jazadco in 2013.
The company was earlier ordered to demolish all construction work that had been completed on land owned by the plaintiff.
