SABB Takaful Co. said the company's chief executive officer, Adrian Flowers, will resign as of May 8, 2016.
In a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul, on Wednesday, the insurer said he would be replaced by Steven Cosgrove.
Cosgrove, who has over 15 years of experience in the industry, was the head of retail products development at HSBC Insurance Asia.
