Petro Rabigh names new board deputy chairman

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co.’s (Petro Rabigh) has appointed Noriaki Takeshita, as deputy chairman of the board of directors, effective May 31, replacing Tomohisa Ohno who stepped down for personal reasons.

 

Takeshita had joined Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd in 1982, Petro Rabigh said in a bourse statement.

 

He serves as managing executive officer of petrochemicals and plastics at the company.

 

The company also said it named Takashi Shigemori as an executive board member, effective May 31.

 

Shigemori currently serves as vice president of marketing at Petro Rabigh. 

 

The new appointments will be submitted for approval in the upcoming general assembly meeting.
