Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co.’s has approved a 5 percent capital increase to SAR 557.8 million through the issuance of one bonus share for every 20 shares.
The general assembly also decided it won’t pay a cash dividend to its shareholders for fiscal year 2015 since it is currently trying to boost its financial position.
