Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. elected on Monday a new board of directors for the next three-year term and reappointed Yousef Al-Shalash as board chairman.
Majed Abdulrahman Al Qassem was named deputy chairman and Abdullatif Al-Shalash as secretary of the council, the developer said in a statement to the Saudi bourse.
The board also formed subcommittees and nominated representatives for the company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the kingdom’s market regulator.
Dar Al-Arkan added that shareholders will vote on electing audit committee members in the upcoming general assembly meeting.
