The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said it will deposit Wataniya Insurance Co.’s new shares into the shareholders portfolios on Thursday, Sept. 1st, based on their allocation.
The insurer offered 10 million shares priced at SAR 10 per share to double its capital to SAR 200 million.
