Saudi Arabia ranked 31st on the 2016 Expat Explorer Survey conducted by HSBC Bank, moving backwards from the 26th spot last year.
The United Arab Emirates came 12th, down from the 9th rank in 2015. It was followed by Oman and Qatar in the 18th and 29th rank, respectively.
Singapore emerged as the top expat destination for the second consecutive year, thanks to its better job opportunities and strong economic growth.
Bahrain was the only Arab country among the top ten destinations, taking the ninth place on the global list, despite falling five ranks from last year.
The survey polled nearly 27,000 expats.
