City Cement Co. has extended the trial run of its grinding unit by another three months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that the delay will not increase the project’s total cost.
The cement producer said the date of commercial operation will be announced later on.
In May, the company started trial operations at the unit to boost grinding capacity by 265 tons/ hour, Argaam earlier reported.
Testing was set to continue for about three months.
