Asharqiyah Development and Tabuk Agriculture Development Company (TADCO) will conduct land surveys on plots allocated to each company by the Saudi Ministry of Environment, both firms said in separate statements.
TADCO has already appointed a consulting firm for the process in order to finalize its ownership of the lands.
In February 2015, the Saudi cabinet passed a number of regulations to assess the ownership of land plots belonging to agri-firms in order to guarantee that the lands are being fully utilized to meet their purpose.
