Saudi-listed Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company has announced the latest start dates for several of its entertainment centers and projects across the kingdom.
The company’s Mena Hotel in Tabuk will be delivered by 2016-end and will start commercial operations by H2 2017. Relevant financial impact will reflect on earnings for the same period, Al Hokair said in a statement.
Meanwhile, construction work is still ongoing at both Al Hokair Time entertainment centers in Dammam and Al Khobar. The company expects commercial operations in Al Hokair Time-Dammam to start in Q2 2017, with financial impact set to reflect in the same quarter. Al Hokair Time-Al Khobar will begin commercial operations by Q4 2017.
Elsewhere, Luna Park in Taif and Luna Park in Madinah are being renovated to include a Sky Zone entertainment center, Sparky’s, and Snowy. Local banks are financing the renovations, the company said, adding that the centers will reopen in Q3 2017.
Earlier this month, the company launched Al Hokair Sky Zone at Al Khair Mall in Riyadh.
