Sahara launches marketing subsidiary with SAR 500,000 in capital

Sahara Petrochemical Co. launched on Wednesday its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sahara Marketing Co., with SAR 500,000 in capital.

The new facility will promote, sell, and export wholesale industrial chemicals and petrochemical products for third parties, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

The step is part of Sahara’s strategy to take advantage of growth in the marketing of petrochemical products, the statement added.
