The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia’s (Bahri) general assembly approved a 25 percent cash dividend to be issued at the rate of SAR 2.5 per share for the fiscal year 2016.
Shareholders also elected nine board members for the new three-year term started on January 16, 2017.
