Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

1) Qassim Cement Co. will distribute a cash dividend of SAR 1 per share for Q4 2016 on March 9, 2017.

2) National Industrialization Co.’s (Tasnee) 2018 fiscal earnings are expected to improve following the sale of assets in Cristal, Aljazira Capital said in a note on Thursday.

3) Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. has been ordered by Saudi Arabia's Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) to pay SAR 12.4 million for violations in policy issuance and regulations.

4) Al Jouf Cement Co. said it has received a one-year export license from Saudi Arabia’s ministry of commerce and investment.

5) The board of directors of Dallah Healthcare Co. has recommended a 20 percent cash dividend for fiscal year 2016, at the rate of SAR 2 per share, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

6) The board of Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. has proposed a 20 percent cash dividend (SAR 2 per share) for fiscal year 2016. 

7) Saudi Arabia's King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz starts a month-long Asian tour today to cement relations with Asian oil importers and promote investment opportunities in the kingdom, Reuters reported on Friday.

8) Oil ended Friday with declines amid reports of a rising US rig count, although it logged gains on a weekly basis. Brent crude was down 1 percent at $55.99/bbl and WTI crude fell 0.8 percent to 53.99/bbl.
