Fitaihi Holding Group’s board of directors has recommended withholding dividends for the fiscal year ending on Dec. 31, 2016, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
The decision is aimed at bolstering the company’s financial position and maintaining robust liquidity, so that it can undertake current as well as future projects.
The board’s proposal is pending the approval of the shareholders.
