Saudi Telecom Co.’s (STC) has invited shareholders to attend its extraordinary assembly meeting on April 10 at the company’s headquarters, STC said in a statement on Tadawul on March 15.
Shareholders who own one share or more can attend the meeting, the company said.
The statement corrects an earlier one that wrongly said that shareholders who own 20 shares or more are eligible to attend the EGM.
