Saudi Transport and Investment Company (Mubarrad) shareholders will discuss rebranding during the company’s extraordinary general meeting slated for April 3, Mubarrad said in a statement to Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
Shareholders will also authorize the company’s board of directors to choose a new brand identity.
Shareholders will discuss the board’s report, auditor reports, balance sheet and profit/loss statement for the fiscal year 2016.
