Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) has appointed Hazem Fayez Al Aswad as the new chairman of the board, for the three-year term from March 21, 2017 to March 20, 2020, the Saudi retailer said in a statement to Tadawul.
The board of directors also named Maher Hazem Fayez Al Aswad as vice chairman and managing director.
In addition, the board nominated its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Arabia’s market regulator.
