AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed on Monday Stephen Wagstaff as a non-executive director to the board, representing AXA Insurance Gulf, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The new appointment will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly meeting for approval.
Wagstaff, who currently serves as a group insurance manager in The Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group, has a broad expertise of over 20 years in the insurance field, the statement said.
