Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has authorized Fitch Australia PTY Ltd to conduct credit rating activities in the kingdom, the market regulator said in a statement on Monday.
The CMA started to receiving applications in July 2015 from credit rating companies seeking licenses to operate in Saudi Arabia.
