Arab National Bank said it has received a letter of approval from Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) to appoint Salah Rashid Al-Rashed as the lender’s new chairman and Ahmad Abdullah Al-Akeil as vice chairman for the new three-year term that started April 1, 2017.
The board appointments include new committee members, such as the executive, the compensation and nomination committee, the risk management committee, and strategy committee.
