Yanbu Cement Co.’s extraordinary general assembly approved on Sunday a 20 percent cash dividend to be issued at the rate of SAR 2 per share for the second half of 2016.
This takes the total dividend for full year 2016 to SAR 3 per share.
A remuneration of SAR 200,000 was also approved for each board member for the fiscal year 2016.
Shareholders also approved the board of directors’ recommendation to appoint Ernst & Young as statutory auditors for fiscal year 2017.
