National Gas & Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) ordinary general meeting on April 20 approved the 9 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.90 per share) for the first three quarters of 2016, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
An extraordinary general assembly has previously approved distributing a 3.5 percent cash dividend at SAR 0.35 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016.
This takes the total dividend for fiscal year 2016 to 12.5 percent of the capital, (SAR 1.25 per share) or a total dividend payout of SAR 93.75 million.
A remuneration of SAR 1.8 million was also approved for the board members for 2016.
