Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s annual general meeting has rejected a proposal to pay bonuses to board members totaling SAR 708,500 for 2016, the company said in a statement to Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
Shareholders approved the board of directors’ report, an audit report and balance sheet for 2016.
Shareholders refrained from voting on discharging board members from liability associated with their activities in 2016.
