Following its capital increase, United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) on April 30 sold 5,870 fractional shares at SAR 22.8 per share for a total of SAR 133,836.
The funds will be deposited in the shareholders’ accounts on May 17, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
On April 19, Budget Saudi’s extraordinary general assembly approved increasing capital to SAR 711.67 million from SAR 610 million through issuing one bonus share for every six shares held, Argaam reported earlier.
