The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI Group) to cooperate on big data and technology innovation, Bahri said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
The agreement sets the framework by which the two firms will conduct joint assessment on the feasibility of launching new mega projects, as well as supporting existing ones.
The six-month MoU is renewable upon their approval and until the feasibility study on the project is done and the decision on it has been made, the statement said.
