Saudi Arabia’s ministry of housing plans to issue white land tax invoices for 70 million square meters of undeveloped plots in Dammam starting May 17, Al-Yaum newspaper reported, citing the director general of white land taxation department, Mohammed Al-Mudaiham.
According to an Argaam report, last December the ministry issued tax bills for vacant plots in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
