Hail Cement Co.’s extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on May 10 approved a 4 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.4 per share) for the second half of 2016, bringing the total dividend distributed for fiscal year 2016 to SAR 0.9 per share.
Shareholders also approved allocating 1.5 percent of the company’s net profit for corporate social responsibility.
Shareholders of record on May 10, and those who are registered at the Securities Depository Center on May 14, are eligible to receive the dividend.
