The board of directors of Knowledge Economic City Co. (KEC) has appointed Al Saeed Al Bili as acting chief executive starting from June 9, 2017.
The decision came after the company’s CEO, Khaled Al Telmesani, submitted his resignation for personal reasons, effective June 8.
Al Bili has been the company’s vice president for development since April 2016, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
Meanwhile, the company has appointed Adel al Mandil as vice board chairman for the current term ending July 27, 2018.
KEC’s board also accepted the resignation of Abdulraouf Mannaa as board member effective June 5.
