The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co.’s (MedGulf) board has appointed Raad Al Barakati as non-executive board member effective June 12.
The step came after the independent board member Abdul Rahman Al Zwaidi resigned.
The decision is conditional upon the approval of the general assembly, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
