Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. has reappointed Bassan Al Benali as chairman of the board of directors for a new three-year term started on June 16, 2017, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
The insurer also appointed Abdalla Al Seri as vice chairman and formed board committees and elected their members.
All decisions are subject to required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
