Alujain Corporation’s (Alujain) board of directors has appointed Abdullah Al-Anzi as chief executive officer effective July 9, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
The new CEO has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in executive management, both from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
He has more than 25 years of experience in national and international industry and investment.
Last month, Alujain’s general assembly decided to lay off board members without discharging them from liabilities for the fiscal year 2016, and elected a new board for the upcoming three-year term.
