Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s (Alhokair) board of directors on July 17 has appointed Abdulmajeed Abdulaziz Al Hokair as chairman and Amaar Abdulwahed Al Khodari as vice chairman.
The board has also appointed its committees and secretary, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
