Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati Stationeries Co. has renewed SAR 50 million worth of Islamic facilities with The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The facilities, which extend until April 30, 2018, will be used to finance the company’s working capital requirements and are guaranteed by a promissory note.
The agreement has no related parties, the statement added.
