Middle East Paper Co. (Mepco) signed today a sharia-compliant credit facility with National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) worth SAR 110 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
The facility will extend from July 31, 2017, until May 31, 2018 and will be used for working capital needs.
The Islamic facility is guaranteed by a SAR 110 million promissory note in favor of NBK , the statement said.
