Takween Advanced Industries Co.’s board of directors approved on Wednesday appointing Jameel Al Molhem as full time managing director for the company starting Sept. 10.
Al Molhem’s board membership status has also been changed to executive, the company said in a statement.
The new managing director is a board member at Al Hassan G.I Shaker Group and was been the managing director and chief executive at Shaker up to July 25, 2017, the statement added.
Al Molhem, who was elected as board member at Takween in November 2016, was previously a chief executive officer at Saudi Telecom Co. (STC).
