Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved a request by Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia Co. to amend its business profile and add arrangement services to its activities, the regulator said in a bourse statement Wednesday.
Accordingly, the company is currently authorized to manage investment funds, discretionary portfolios, and provide arrangement and advisory activities
Ashmore was licensed in 2015 to trade Saudi equities, Argaam earlier reported.
