Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.’s board of directors recommended a 15 percent cash dividend to be issued at the rate of SAR 1.50 per share for the first half of 2017.
At the meeting held on Sunday, shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on October 18, 2017.
The new board includes Prince Faisal Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Saad Al Sayari, Abdulmohsen Al Essa, Abdullah Al Dabaan, Abdulrahman Al Hamid, Moayed Al Qurtas and Ali Al Khalaf.
