Jazan Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) board of directors has recommended changing the company’s name to Jazan Energy and Development Co. and added new activities to the company’s core activities.
The new activities to be added include producing and transferring energy of all kinds, as well as environmental, water desalination, and other activities that serve the city of Jazan, the company said in a bourse statement.
The decision is pending regulatory and shareholder approval.
