Jabal Omar Development Co.’s general assembly on Wednesday approved financial statements and audit report for the short fiscal year ended April 2017, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2016/2017.
The general assembly has delegated the board of directors to declare dividend and approved related party transactions to take place during the current fiscal year.
