Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on updated policies for the board membership as well as the remuneration policies for board members and executives, during the ordinary general assembly meeting on Dec. 29.
Shareholders will also vote on the updated regulations for the audit, executive, investment, nominations and remunerations as well as risk committees, the company said in a bourse statement.
