Jarir Marketing Co. (Jarir Bookstore) has opened a new showroom in Dammam with a total investment of SAR 24 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The financial impact of the 4,349-square meter showroom will reflect on fourth-quarter earnings.
The company said 68 percent of the staff employed in the showroom are Saudis.
The new branch, the sixth showroom to open in 2017, takes the total tally of showrooms to 50 within and outside the country, it said.
