Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders on Tuesday approved the updated policies for the board membership as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives.
They also endorsed the updated regulations for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
