Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company’s (SAICO) general assembly on Wednesday approved the updated corporate governance and board rules, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also approved amended rules of board committees including audit committee, nominations and remunerations committee, investment committee and risk management committee.
In addition, they approved remuneration policies for board members and executives.
