Malath Cooperative Insurance Company’s (Malath Insurance) general assembly on Wednesday approved updated corporate governance and board rules, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
The corporate governance included amended rules of audit committee, nominations and remunerations committee, executive committee, investment committee and risk management committee.
Shareholders also approved polices for board membership and remuneration policies for board members and executives.
