Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s (SSP) general assembly on Wednesday approved updated rules of the board’s audit committee and nominations & remunerations committee, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also approved remuneration policies for board members and executives.
Meanwhile, the company has also hired PKF Al Bassam & Co. accounting firm to audit the company’s financials for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 2018 and 2018 fiscal year financials.
