Methanol Chemicals Company’s (Chemanol) ordinary general assembly on December 28 refused to approve the updated regulations of the nominations and remuneration committee, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also rejected the updated board membership policies, as well as the board, committees and executive management’s remunerations policies.
