Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment (Al Hammadi) will pay cash dividend at 7.5 percent (SAR 0.75 per share) totaling SAR 90 million, for FY17 on January 2, 2018.
Shareholders of record on the second day following the general meeting date are entitled to receive dividend, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The dividend proposal was approved in the ordinary general meeting held on December 26, 2017.
