Tabuk Cement’s general assembly approve corporate governance

Tabuk Cement Co.’s general assembly approved yesterday updated corporate governance and policies for board membership, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders have also approved updated regulations for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees.

During the meeting, they also approved policies of professional conduct, disclosure and conflict of interest.
