Zamil Industrial Investment Company’s general assembly has approved the remuneration policy for the board, committees, and executive management.
Shareholders also approved the updated charters for the audit committee and nomination & remuneration committee, as well as the updated board membership policy, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
